Repositioning the brand and values
Challenge
YourLink was established in 2014 to create an app for seniors to connect with family, friends and the community. Their service offering pivoted from an app to providing digital skills programs delivering training for seniors, carers and care workers.
Solution
I worked with the co-founders, CEO and marketing team to reposition the brand and develop a suite of collateral for the sales team. We workshopped the customer experience, revisited touchpoints and company values. An updated identity was designed supported by guidelines and visuals to reflect the new company objectives and values.
Results
For the first two quarters of 2021 compared to previous year on the website, users have increased by 155%. The average time a user spends on a page has increased by 4%. Direct searches have increased by 94% which indicates users are aware of the YourLink brand and specifically searching for the business.
